Yes, to ensure you can be seen in a variety of conditions the waist band has two reflective strips.

How many pockets does the vest have?

The vest has 3 pockets. One on the shoulder for smaller quick access items such as chapstick, keys or gum. Two larger pockets for larger items including the hydration bladder.

Can I add any drink to the hydration bladder?

NO, it is not recommended to add any liquid other than WATER to your hydration bladder.

How much water does the hydration bladder hold?

The hydration bladder holds 1.5L.
